Is anyone able to use right stick passing on NBA 2k11 for Wii? I tried displaying the icon pass icons, by pressing Zr, and then flicking with the right stick, but it results (always) in a shot to the basket. I'm using a Classic Controller.
In Max Payne 3 (for Xbox 360), my movement and camera controls are switched from what I expect. In most other games the right stick is movement and the left stick is the camera, but in Max Payne 3 the left stick is movement and the right stick is the camera. What can I do to change that?
Is there anyway to play a slideshow of photos saved on a USB stick on the Wii U? If not, can it be done with an SD card? I remember being able to look at photos on the original Wii, but cannot find out how to on the Wii U.
Hopefully self-explanatory, but I would find it much more natural to use right stick up to look down and right stick down to look up. Is there a way to achieve this in Skyrim on PS3? I couldn't see anything obvious in the controls settings.
Somehow, I had one version of my Mii on my Wii, and one version on my 3DS. When configuring my Wii U, I used the 3DS version, since that was the only one I could import on initial setup. After importing Miis and save data from my Wii, I then deleted the duplicate version of my Mii that had been copied from the Wii out of the Wii U's Mii storage. However, I noticed now that when I boot up Super Mario Galaxy 2 on my Wii U, my save file just shows Mario, not my Mii. Did I accidentally delete my Mii (and thus any Wii Sports save data and any other Wii save data that requires a Mii) from my Wii
like if all my game/save content is on an external device I should be able to back up that device and keep all my content, right? So if all my content is on an external drive can I really back it up? Can anything but the Wii U read Wii U formatted external media (it'd probably be an HDD)? If I "restore" the external drive's contents can my Wii U still read the restored contents? And...least likely, if something happens to my Wii U, will I be able to use my external drive's content in any way on a new Wii U system?
How do I forward mail that was sent to me in my Wii mail to another Wii? I want to send LetterBomb to my friend's Wii without using a MAC address. I have all the files on an SD card for him, I just need the letter to be sent.
I just finished updating my 3DS to the new 7.0.0-13 update, which adds the Miiverse to the 3DS and finally combines the funds of both Wii U and 3DS e-shops. Right now, my 3DS is giving me the choice between two Miis to represent my person on the Miiverse: [3DS Mii]: Personal Mii for this [3DS] system [Wii U Mii]: The Mii currently linked to this Nintendo Network ID I guess, if I choose the 3DS Mii, my Mii will change on my Wii U as well, due to the Miiverse being an integral part of the Wii U. But what if I choose the Wii U's Mii? Will my Streetpass Mii change? Will I lose saves? I
I am lefthanded, and am trying to play Bit.Trip Fate on the 3DS, which requires me to use the analog stick with the left hand, and the stylus with my right. This is incredibly awkward, and borders on impossible - I have very little control with the stylus in my right hand. Is there any way I can switch the controls so that it is easier (preferably a way that includes the ability to use the stylus in my left hand)? Or am I doomed to never be good at Bit.Trip Fate on the 3DS?
I bought a new Wii U a few months ago. I most often play Mario Kart Wii (in Wii mode) and have been noticing an increasing amount of fits of controller lag. I know that the Wii isn't known for lagless controllers, but this isn't typical .1 or .2 second lag for all input. We'll be playing fine for twenty minutes, then all of a sudden the Wii will have one of these "fits" where all controller... control. What can I do to fix this broken Wii U?
