I've been playing team RUA2 just fine for a while, but suddenly the game is telling me that I'm offline. How do I get it to go back online and avoid having it go "offline" again?
So my cousin has GTA V for the 360, and I want it, so he gave me the first disc only. But it keeps telling me to insert Disc 2. Is there a way for me to play GTA V with only Disc 1?
It appears Demon's Souls online will be turning off soon. I have 2 PS3s; after the servers go offline will I be able to play the game with a friend over LAN?
I just got Dungeon Hunter 2 http://www.gameloft.com/iphone-games/dungeon-hunter-2/ on my Iphone 3G and I have a Mage: Shadowmancer level 22. I usually play offline when I'm not home and I just noticed that if I play offline and "win" some Achievements, when I go online they are not updating. Does anyone know if they will ever update? For example, I got the 10,000 Gold Achievement while offline, and now I have around 22,000 but still not "won" in Game Live section. So how this thing works? Thanks! PS: Sorry, I can't add the dungeon-hunter-2 tag, I don't have enough reputation so everyone
I'm picking up Demon's Souls again so I can play through it before the servers close. However, while trying to plan for a trophy run and somewhat efficient playthrough, everything I've read recommends playing in offline mode in order to make it easier to get Perfect White/Black World Tendencies. If I play offline, will I still be able to get the trophies? I'm wondering how exactly this works if I need to be signed out of PSN in order to play offline. If I don't get them while playing offline, it partially negates trying to go for an optimized run in the first place...
Possible Duplicate: Why does it say “that player is offline” when that player is most certainly online? My friends are telling me that I appear as "offline" in their friends lists while playing Diablo 3. I can join up with them, quest with them, trade with them, talk to them, and I am most definitely online. I opened up my social window and the icon in the top left shows that I'm "offline" or gray icon. So I switch it to the "online" or green icon. This does nothing, as each time I open the social window, it's back to "offline". Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
When I go to change my quest in Diablo 3, I get a prompt telling me "Starting a new game with a new quest will overwrite your currently saved progress". What will be overwritten? My checkpoints? Waypoint access? Achievements? Whether or not I've killed Diablo?
I enjoy playing domination matches on huge maps with 22 computers, the only part I don't like is being pestered every turn by a dozen requests. Whether its friendship requests, begging for gold or telling me I'm a war hungry monster. I want it all to stop, just go about on my war rampages. I know computers don't bother you when you make a multiplayer game, unfortunately you can't play with more than 12 players. At least, from what I could tell when creating one. So is there anyway to block the computers from talking to me completely?
I was playing SLASH'em with the Vulture's GUI, on Mac OSX. The applicatiion crashed, and now when I try to start, I get a popup telling me that I have a game already with that name, and asking if I want to destroy it. Selecting "no" quits Vulture's. Does this mean that the crashed game is recoverable, and if so, how do I go about doing so?
I talked to Steam Support about Steam Offline. I have been told: You can set up your Steam account to run in offline mode prior to connecting to your school's network […] you must allow Steam to complete necessary updates in order to enable Offline mode (you must establish a temporary connection to the internet for this reason). So, I can't go offline while offline. I must remember to go offline while online, or I'm gently caressed. I don't always have this luxury, however. I've tried using my mobile's internet connection for this purpose. However, much to my surprise, Steam now
