  • Items Unique To Ice Biome? Zibbobz

I've been moving along my progression line at a brisk pace in Terraria lately, all the way up to a full set of Crimsonite Armor and weapons, a Minishark (I prefer it until I get a better supply of stars for the Star Canon), and basically all the meteorite equipment I want. I'm ready to take on the Dungeon, but there's one biome I have yet to fully explore...

    My Underground Ice Biome.

This is a bit ironic, since I decided to move my home on top of that biome, but I only ever explored the depths of it a little bit one time, and while that got me a nice Ice Boomerang and a Frost In A Bottle, I hardly ever use the Boomerang anymore and I don't think I'll need more than one X in a bottle from there.

Is there any reason to further explore my underground Ice Biome? Are there any unique items I'd be missing by going straight to the dungeon and, from there, the sky and eventually down to Hell?

  • My poor H'ruth zealot - although very skilled in the culinary arts (Endure hunger, Butchery, Clean kill) - appears to have inherited a weakness to silver items from a recent meal. Now, this would not have been a problem since I can just unequip all the silver items... but here's the dilemma: At the floor I am currently at (and 1 or 2 floors up & down), I have stumbled upon many many ghosts..., but the trait was probably received from an Ice Devil (well, it's remains). There were many creatures present during that skirmish, but the Ice Devil was the only one to possibly be able to react to silver

  • So I'm playing Terraria 1.2, delving in the underground beneath a regular ol' Forest biome, when suddenly I stumble into this place. The cute little critter at the bottom is a Cochnial Beetle. The background is completely different from any underground biome I've ever seen, and I can't find this biome listed in the page of biomes. What is this?

  • While playing Cube World, I stopped by the customization bench to upgrade my boomerang with my brand new fire spirit and 10 wood cubes. I left, and went to the Identifier to identifier some leftovers, only to find a better boomerang inside! Therefore, is it possible to remove the cubes from the first boomerang to add them to the second? Fiddling around with them has proven unsuccessful.

  • I have heard many, many conflicting reports on whether or not Crimson will spread in my Ice Biome. Some people say yes it will, others say that no, it only starts during Hardmode. Still others say it becomes a special kind of biome when it spreads through during Hardmode. My current base of operations is right next to a snow biome, and I've been thinking of moving it to there to clear out an area for my Arena, but there's a Crimson biome right on the other side of that Ice Biome, and if it's going to spread, I want to be sure my base is safe. So, does it spread? Does it not? Does

  • My friends and I have had an SMP-server for nearly 6 weeks and everything worked very well. No mods and no plugins so there can't be any problems related to them. After about 3 weeks our normal area changed a bit. for example: Our island we've became an ice-island. The desert is now covered in snow The grass changed in color. So the biome seems to have changed. Not to mention the spawn... thing happened again. Our "normal" areas changed more and more in ice and snow and the spawn-point is now about 300 blocks away. So it seems that the biomes shifted. I, with my nonexistent programming

  • any different from the other generic provincial capitals I had waged battles in. Is there anyone who has attacked or defended one of these "unique" capitals and had the battle map actually look... coastal city with walls, no huge lighthouse or other unique details. From the wiki page (emphasis added): Among all the settlements and cities to be found as you conquer your way across ROME II’s...I recently attacked the city of Alexandria with a combined naval and land force in my co-op campaign with a friend, and was looking forward to a battle in the environment presented on this page: http

  • I ask this because I'm playing the New Vegas Trade Center mod and I'd like to put my bottle caps in the bank there. Unfortunately, bottle caps don't appear in my inventory; they only appear in the bottle cap counter at the top right of my pipboy. I notice that Alchestbreach (an online reviewer) doesn't have this problem. Could this be because of some patch? EDIT: Yeah, it's not here at all. Here I'm trying to transfer them to ED-E. Over here, I'm trading with Chet (ridiculous amount of caps courtesy of not having a life)

  • the crimson was under my house going from top to down. So I needed to move my house to another Forest Biome. But the Crimson is spreading really fast! But how long will it take before the Crimson will have corrupted every green bit of my world? Or should I just place a block of stone to stop it? Is there even a way to stop it? I could always build it in the ice biome. But I find the constant... island (so no form of biomes will reach it), and was transfering some of my items (including NPC room furniture), I saw what was wrong all this time: I forgot to place a few walls! I don't know
