My server's been having a lot of problems in 1.6.4. When I finally figured out what the problem was, I fixed my server. That was a day before 1.7.2 came out. When 1.7.2 came out, I updated my vanilla server to 1.7.2 and still no one, but me (localhost) can get on.
I've - checked my firewall settings, - re-portforwarded, - Tried the .exe AND .jar server files they have on minecraft.net.
What's the problem? and how do I fix it??
is a big problem; but that's to be expected. It's not the better processor. My question is about what happens when I try to run the game with me "High Performance NVIDIA processor". When I click... not sure what the "Integrated Graphics" is (in Device Manager -> Display adapters I have a listing for Intel(R) HD Graphics, so that might be it), and I also have a NVIDIA Cuda card. My processor is a dual-core i5 2.67 GHz (3.2ish with turbodrive), and I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. This problem arose when Kerbal Space Program updated to version 0.16. Again, my apologies if this really
I've been playing mine craft normally for a while , but then the 1.7.2 update came out , and ever since i downloaded that update , my mine craft wont open , the launcher opens , but when i select play they tell me a java exception has occurred , please help
settings letting Minecraft, my 1.6.4 server, and Java SE Binary through (although I don't know if I needed all of those). However, with the 1.7.2 update, my server isn't working at all anymore. I tried an Open Port Check Tool to see if it's a problem with the other computer, but it says my port is closed on :25565. So, I have two questions: 1) If I have the Minecraft server (from the Minecraft website), but for 1.6.4, will it update to 1.7.2 on its own, or do I need to download the server 1.7.2 on the website? 2) Why isn't my server working?
I've recently updated to Minecraft 1.7.2 and I've found out that the bed texture is somehow reversed on the side. I've searched here for a similar question but couldn't find one. Is it just me or is it a problem of the current snapshot? How can I fix it?
something like this. What I do is take the server offline, edit the config, and start the server back up. The issue now is that when I start the server back up, the config file reverts back to its..., then the problem will be fixed. Any ideas? Edit3: I've figured out I was going about disabling the Advanced Machine sounds incorrectly, I have properly disabled them now, however the bug persists. Edit4... sounds, but I cannot find anything in the .cfg file to disable these sounds. How can I disable the machine sounds from IC2? My IC2 version is industrialcraft-2_1.116.364-lf, it is the most updated
So I'm coming with my head in my hands asking for somebody to help me out with my laptop. My basic system information is as follows: http://pastebin.com/AVeGH8j6 This is only a problem I have experienced in the past few months. Basically, 90% of my games will not run in fullscreen. When I load them up, I merely get a black screen (with game audio as normal). Games that let me move to windowed... NVidia drivers, used an online guide to delete all traces of them as suggested, then updated to the latest ones to no avail. I have even tried backdating my drivers to the ones that came preloaded
I installed Factions to my Minecraft Bukkit 1.7.2 Server, with MCCore installed as well, but I can't connect! I have tried using 1.7.2 and 1.7.4 since the servers 1.7.2+ can all be played on both. I have no idea what to do
was wondering if anyone else who came across this problem possibly had other suggestion on what I could do to possibly fix this? Edit: I tried updated my punkbuster as well as playing server without punkbuster along with other troubleshooting steps but the disconnection continued, I then contacted ea and they got me to run a program that traces packets, and they told me the problem is with my... to the EA server". I have read that BFBC2 uses port forwarding so I went to www.portforward.com and there was a guide to set it up for my DLink router, however I still get disconnected. I don't believe
I recently(yes, late to the party) updated to 1.7.4 on minecraft. Most of the mods I use, however, have not yet updated to that version, so I downgraded to 1.7.2 in order to use them. When I did, I... an account, and therefor don't have the reputation I need to do so. Anyway, I followed the steps that the answer shows, to copy and rename the 1.7.2 folder and all of it's contents. After doing that, I tested... it's going to run, and then the launcher just comes right back up and I never actually enter the game. The only mods I've got are Modloader (found here: http://minecraft-mods.org/modloader
