Why am I still lagging in Star Craft II?
For some reason, when there is a batle in progress it appears as if my graphics card or something is not powerful enough. Shouldn't these specs be more than enough to handle Starcraft II?
What could I do to improve my laptop?
I recently installed rage on my PC, expecting to run smoothly after i played it on a less powerful pc having a decent FPS, BUT! Here comes the plot twist, because after I start a new game, (the pre-rendered cinematics running okay ofcourse) and get in the actual game, I literally get 0FPS, the game 'updates' every 2-3 seconds so it takes like 2 minutes open start menu etc. My PC is more than enough for this game, so what can be the problem? Am I missing something? 0FPS PC SPECS: Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition @3,9Ghz RAM: 8GB Kingston 1333MHz Videocard: MSI HD6790
Searched Registry for "Incredibar" malware , not found on system Disabled SLI on Nvidia control panel All of these have not solved my problem. I am really running out of ideas what to do here. It all happened around the time I got the DLC for Fall.... Wait for 10 minutes and the game is still on that screen. Ctrl+Alt+Del to desktop and see that "Shogun 2 is not responding" in task manager. Recently my friend got his computer fixed and he was finally able to join my server. He was lagging a bit at first but then he made some changes that seemed to improve that. I also added another GB... to no lag (no more than usual), however my client completely crashed. This began a series of crashes from various simple actions: Placed some pipes: 2 crashes Removed pipes: crashed again I reverted to the old code but it I'm still experiencing lag. I also tried removing my map and reinstalling the server launcher with the map in the folder. I believe I set it up the way it all should
. My PC specs are about in line with the recommended settings. OS - Windows 7 32bit CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad - 2.4 ghz GPU - Radeon HD 6850 RAM - 4GB Between the behavior of the Reset button and the fact that my specs are very close to the Recommended specs, I'd be surprised if this behavior is intentional, but I really have no clue. Is this a problem with my hardware, or should I...I haven't been able to find any information on google about this, but I recently nabbed the beta for ESO, and decided to fiddle with the settings. For some reason the overall Graphics setting only
they seem to be putting out is completly wacked. Each engine outputs 8MJ\t. Well, 38 * 8 = 304. I am so not getting 304 MJ from this setup. Even if you calculate in power loss due to transfer I'm still not getting near what I should be. 8 * .05 = .4 So each engine actually outputs 7.6 MJ\t after the conduit. That comes to 288.8 for all 38 engines, minus another 25% (72.2) due to Tesseracts... of requesting nothing. There is a lot going on here, so I wish to clarify. I want to know why my engines are not outputting what they should be. I also want to know wtf is wrong with my 2nd bank of engines

In practice, that's not the case. I'm forced to use the following graphics settings... Mafia II and StarCraft II at the highest visual settings with no frame rate lagging problems. Actually, this is the first game I've encountered that has frame rate lagging problems with the GeForce GTS

In Q.U.B.E (steam game), I can make it all the way up to the first few laser puzzles with no issues, but then my FPS will suddenly drop to 10-20. My PC specs are as follows: AMD Phenom II 3.4Ghz Quad Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 8GB G.Skill DDR3 1TB Seagate Barracuda I will normally get 60+ FPS up until said point. I am having extreme frame drop issues when recording Minecraft with Fraps. I can record any other game just fine at 60fps and 1080p. Minecraft will normally run at 120+ fps, but when I record, it drops down to ~25. It doesn't matter if I change the recording resolution or what, I keep getting horrible FPS when recording Minecraft.
