When I join a server and try to move I am immediately pushed back to my spawn point. Please help me!
by clicking on "Start a server" be visible by other users when they go to "Join a server"? If not, I guess users who know my IP, port can join my server by going to COD terminal and typing connect IP:port Can users who don't have a valid CD key join? I am sure they can't join the dedicated servers listed under Join a server section, but not much sure about the non-dedicated ones. By the way, I... host a COD server without having a valid CD key (by just selecting Start a server"... or something like that) but cannot join one - it kicks out. I think this is called a non-dedicated public server
I double click a server to join and most of the time a box comes up saying join game, refresh, cancel and the server information so I click refresh then join game but nothing happens and sometimes when I click favourites nothing shows up.
So I was playing on an external server in update 0.8.0 but when I updated to 0.8.1 I couldn't join. It would say locating server and then say couldn't locate server. The servers I play on are pocket edition and I am absolutely sure that I'm using residential Wi-Fi and not pocket Wi-Fi and that the servers I play on have been updated to 0.8.1. I could connect before but now I can't. Can you find a way to fix this problem?
A friend and I want to join a server that is FULL, so we are waiting for a moment when the server becomes VERY HIGH in population to join. As far as I know, logging out and in is necessary to refresh the server list. I can't find on google any server list to refresh on the go to avoid this cumbersome method. Is there anything like that?
When I create server in OSP mod, anyone can join the game during warmup. But after the game has been started, new players can't join the game, server says something like "You can join the game after the current match ends". How can I disable this? I don't have this problem in baseq3.
I created a server, but when I try to join it says 'Bad Login'. How do I resolve this issue?
In Terraria, I built a house a little ways away from where I spawn. But, when I re-join/ respawn, it puts me back at that spawn point, which gets very annoying. Is there a way to move my spawn point?
I have a Terraria server running at home for my friends to play. It works fine for them and myself when I play at home - but at work or on my mum's PC which are in different locations it doesn't. When I try to join from either of these locations, the server is found, loaded and the name of the server is picked up etc. When I join I can see that the world has all the correct tiles (ie the houses... server it says "relayed tunnel": Does anyone know of this issue and a way to fix it?
I need some help with starting TF2 using the command prompt and having it connect to a server. Something like the external protocol request when you click "Join Game" on the Steam community website. I know how to start TF2 from the command prompt, but how do I have it connect to a server?
