I haven't been able to find any information on google about this, but I recently nabbed the beta for ESO, and decided to fiddle with the settings. For some reason the overall Graphics setting only allows me to select Minimum, Low and Medium. The same goes for the Texture tab, though there are individual things that let me choose Ultra (such as Water Reflections).
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if ESO does some checking and limits the settings you're allowed to select based on your hardware. Interestingly, pressing the Reset to Defaults sets everything to High, but I can't do that manually.
My PC specs are about in line with the recommended settings.
Between the behavior of the Reset button and the fact that my specs are very close to the Recommended specs, I'd be surprised if this behavior is intentional, but I really have no clue. Is this a problem with my hardware, or should I be submitting a bug report?
Based on your specs, you may not have enough VRAM to support going above medium textures.
I've had Parmen installed on my computer for a few days now. Playing it went well for a couple short sessions in the first couple days. However, today, it has started to crash whenever I select a square. This behavior persists even after an un-install and re-install. Otherwise, this system appears to be operating normally. Are there some particular things I should be doing (compatibility settings, virtualization, etc.) which will ensure stable performance of this program? I've tried setting "Compatibility Mode" all the way down to "Windows 95", and just about everything in between
ESO Unraveled is a nice source of videos where Mystborn tries to find out the mechanics of ESO by numbers. As these videos contain much information in language and Mystborn tends to digress, I am looking for those information about ESO in text form, where I can read it word for word to also be sure that I haven't misunderstood something. I found these videos introduced at Tamriel Foundry, but they only show a conclusion for one video, not the content. I'm not looking exactly for ESO Unraveled in text form (however that would be awesome), but just these kind of information
My computer specs are as follows: Processor: i5-3570k, Motherboard: P8Z77-v-pro, Memory: 16gb DDR3, Hard disk: Seagate Barracuda 2TB, Graphics card: GTX670, Windows 7 Professional I have tried...) However, clicking the login button does nothing, and after the while, the game crashes with the message 'you have
this. However, when I step in and launch myself, as the server host, it tells me that I am moving too quickly. My position is reset and I don't get launched in to the air. I have tried setting the allow-flight flag in the server properties file to true, but it still causes the warning to show. Any ideas as to why I am affected, but my friend isn't? Computer specs: Intel i5 3570k processor...I am running a dedicated vanilla 1.6.1 server so that my friend over in America can connect and play along with me. The server is whitelisted, we're both in the list and have OP permissions. Playing
Alright this is just baffling me. I have never had performance issues on my Desktop unless its just an easy Driver Update. The worst part is that my Laptop has no issues playing Far Cry 3. My... drives. If listing my laptop hardware would help I will. I've downloaded AMD's new Driver Update that is specific too Far Cry 3, still didn't help. Downloaded AMD's Beta Driver Update still didn't... that specifically mentions above 32 core computers, but nothing has changed for me. I am beyond frustrated with this and would love some in-site. What else is there to do to increase performance while
So, I have all the recommended specs for GTA IV: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit AMD FX-4100 Quad core at 3.6GHz 8GB of RAM Radeon HD6450 512MB More than enough to run the game, but whenever I load it up it will stutter every time I press a button or move the mouse. Any answers would be much appreciated.

NO MORE IDEAS: Do I have any options available... to access RMAH, and get error message - "No currencies available" Based on this, currencies available for me are: USD, MXN, ARS, CLP and AUD(clearly my prefered currency-but anyway). After this it seems clear I should be playing in Americas all along-just I never knew that this was an option or that it was chosen for me...) SOLUTION? Something similar is happening to me. When I open the game (or any game on my PC) it will go to a high FPS (like 60+) but then i can watch the frame rate tick down slowly until it hovers around 10-13 FPS. It does this to EVERY game. but it isn't that my computer can't handle it (Borderlands 2 suggests all settings on high). It also makes no difference what the video settings are for Borderlands 2. One more thing, when I alt-tab out and then back in the frame rate goes up to 25-30 and then starts to fall back to crap. This is driving me MAD! Can anyone please help me? System Total amount
the Multimeter results. These readings were taking over about 6 seconds. As you can see at first it looked like I fixed it but it quickly reverted to some odd numbers, and then its previous behavior... hatred for me, gives me a final MJ count of 216.6. The issue is, I'm not getting even CLOSE to that. I used the multimeter on both of my output conduits, the last peice that takes everything the engines... to an Energy Tesseract to be transmitted where I need it to be. You can see to some extent what I mean in these screenshots. Rather than flood this question with unneccesary screenshots, ensure
