When watching at people happiness motives I can see that some of them are starred. At first I thought they just had an higher weight when calculating the overall happiness but it seems it's not the case: sometimes even motives with weight 5 are starred.
So what is the meaning of the "star"? Does it mean a more important motive somehow? But more important how?
The starred motives indicate, as you've said, what that particular person cares about more heavily than other motives.
Starred motives directly influence a person's satisfaction/happiness with you and your island, and will determine whether they leave (assuming you allow them to), or turn Rebel. This is not to say that if you satisfy all of their starred needs but completely ignore every other one that they will be happy.
This information can be particularly useful when you start to see peaceful protests or when faction leaders are unhappy.
efficiently describe performance on very low speed raceways like eifel kart or autumn ring mini. I also noticed some cars have better "base" PP than other cars with the same horsepower/weight ratio... cars on the same raceway, since weight will play a more important factor on slower tracks than faster ones, especially with comfort and sport tires. What I'd love to know for sure, is how to rate... to do with PP), stability in corners, suspension, etc: any car will perform differently. I guess it's of the form ((horsepower^constant1)/weight)*constant2 + constant3. constant1 being between 1.2 and 2
Trying to find out some information about the Mines and Quarries Happiness debuff effect. I know it's been said that they effect near by houses, but what is the actual radius? Has anyone been able to test this? Also, is it only houses that are nearby or is it anywhere that people spend a decent amount of time at? I have a mine and a quarry fairly close together and the people are pretty... overall town happiness was a little low, but I ended up moving the Orchard to the other side of town when I started creating a designated farming area and my overall happiness is back up. Not sure how
Does anyone know how do I order some of my agents to stop accompanying an army? I hope it's possible because I really need to deploy my champion to improve the happiness in the region.
to find out more info on the Elder Scrolls, but I'm only level 10. Maybe a better question would be, what all effects leveling up? Does killing enemies gain XP or just when you improve a skill? I die way to often, even in simple fights and I feel like I'm missing something important. Also, is there a place I can store my extra items that I'm carrying? I'm constantly over 200-250 in my carry weight so I can't get a lot of items when I'm doing other quests.
Possible Duplicate: Do your squad members have a weight limit? I like equipping squad mates with the heavier, more powerful weapons - and using a shotgun+pistol myself. Does this affect their power recharge speed? Should I use light weight weapons for squad mates also, because I depend on powers a lot.
Why can't I toggle these starred items? I have the accuracy IV unlocked for the AMCAR-4 and had it for one game. Now it's back to iron sights, and I can't toggle it back. It seems pressing X in the upgrades tree makes no diffrence.
OK, I just started playing Pokemon-Y. In PokemonAmie there are ways to increase the affection of your pokemon. Is this the same thing as Pokemon Happiness that is used for happiness evolutions? If not, is there a character that tells you how happy your pokemon is?
I have all the merchants including the khajiits and as far as I know I'm done with all the side missions, but when I go talk to Brynjolf he give me Sorry las I've got more important things to do. Is there something else I'm not aware of?
When driving cars in Dirt 3 I notice no real difference in handling between different cars in the same class and race type. Apart from the obvious differences in weight, HP and the vehicle setup are differences in the cars only "Cosmetic" and do they all handle the same?
