I am about to install Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines again and play through yet another time. I'm running Win7 64 bit. Last time I installed it in this environment, it ran at an obscene frame rate that made it unplayable. Outside of the latest patches and community patches, is there anything I should be aware of? Any hangups, hiccups, etc that you had to do to get it working?
What do the voices say when you use obfuscate in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines?
I have installed Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, via Steam, on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine. I found this question: "Available memory less than 15MB!!! -1" when launching I followed... the opening animations are visible. Still no problems... However, I would like to try installing the unofficial patches. I downloaded patch 8.1 from here: http://www.patches-scrolls.de/vampire... information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher. Then, I tried to be clever. I copied the directory where Bloodlines
Well, any question about Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines might be slightly ambiguous because the game may change substantially depending on which version you are playing. I have played the Steam Version - download around November 2011 - four times with different clans but am still unable to find the Tal'Mahe'Ra blade. Can anyone confirm that this weapon will not be available in the Steam version of the game? Or if I am wrong, point me to the location where I can find the blade?
I posted a related question about my situation on SU. Here is the link I am trying to upgrade my 32 bit Home Basic Win 7 edition to 64 bit since I added some more RAM. And it is looking like I can not download any 64 bit sources from Microsoft's Digital River service. They are only offering Windows 8 download sources these days. I would like to know if I can not upgrade my 32 bit installation to 64 bit, instead of purchasing a Win 7 64 bit disc from the market, I would rather purchase a 64 bit Win 8 disc. But will Skyrim run on Windows 8 without any problems?
Do the Bloodlines continue after level 20? And past level -10 in the other direction (Negative Bloodlines) with the Dark Mech? How far?
In Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines, on the second floor of the Ocean House Hotel, inside the first usable room on the left after you climb the ladder and exit the elevator shaft, there is a bedstand with a rectangular box on it that looks like some kind of velvet-lined collector's case, containing what looks like a gold ball, though it is difficult to get a good look at it because the case closes (presumably closed by a ghost) when you get within two yards or so of it. The box and ball cannot be manipulated, so far as I can tell. What is the deal with that?
In the options UI, I can only set the ff. graphical options (screenshots): Video options Visual options I learned that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines uses the Source engine. I reckon this makes it possible to set its graphical settings to higher than what is currently shown in its options UI, like other games that use the Source engine. Are there game configuration I can modify to set the graphical settings to higher than what is shown in the options UI, similar to the video settings of other Source games (AA, AF, texture, shadow, shader detail, etc)? How do I configure
The official Majesty 2 website and The Patches Scrolls website (which is linked as a mirror by the official Majesty 2 website) show different "latest" update patches for Majesty 2. The official website states that patch 1.1.88 is the latest version and the Patches Scrolls website states that patch 1.4.356.0 is the latest version. Which is the latest version that I should install for the PC DVD version? Also, do I need to install the patch if I also have the Kingmaker expansion? What about the Battles of Ardania expansion?
I have Vampire Bloodlines, and it doesn't start by executing the "vampire.exe" file. Can't find Steam I would like to add a -window argument to it, to start in the windowed mode, but the only shortcut that works is steam://rungameid/2600 but it doesn't redirect the command k
