If I wanted to start buying runes based on different build guides, can I use the same individual rune on multiple pages or can they only be used on one page at a time?
Yes, absolutely. The most copies of an individual rune you'll ever need is 9 (or 3 for Quintessences).
I know that you can buy more rune pages in the store for 6300IP each. I have a friend who was awarded Rammus and Corki for free, probably due to some glitch that thought he was signed up for his account longer than he actually was. I know that they were awarded to players early on in the life of the game. That same friend also has 3 rune pages, whereas I only have 2 available..., but I don't play nearly enough to warrant saving up 6300IP just to have the privilege of spending tens of thousands of IP on new runes for a jungler. How do other people have 3 rune pages for free

, that's a LOT of damage to be dealing out from a single skill. Use it on two or three monsters in the same pack, and you can often cause a chain reaction that takes out the rest of the pack. Now, the last rune for Exploding Palm is Essence Burn. The rune text is: Instead of bleeding, the enemy will burn for X% weapon damage as Fire over Y seconds. If the enemy dies while burning, it explodes causing all nearby enemies to burn for Z% weapon damage as Fire over N seconds. This effect can happen multiple times. Based on usage, I get the exploding effect on other multiple enemies, but I

My current character is a wizard and I currently like to use Electrocute (to attack multiple enemies), Diamond Skin (otherwise I'd die quickly... would actually work best? Either solo or in a group. In the skill description for Crippling Wave - Rising Tide, it is stated that Critical Hits generate an additional 5 Spirit. Since Crippling Wave typically hits multiple enemies with each use, is the 5 additional spirit generated for a critical hit per enemy, or per use of Crippling Wave? (the same question applies for Fists of Thunder - Quickening and Deadly Reach - Strike from Beyond, but I'm mainly interested in the rune with Crippling Wave, since it tends to hit many more enemies)
Possible Duplicate: Can multiple Wizards cast Blizzard at the same time? The tooltip on Blizzard clearly states: Multiple casts in the same area do not stack which is actually a bit ambiguous. If you have multiple wizards casting blizzard on the same spot, do those blizzards at least stack?
I have salvaged quite a few items to extract "precious" minor runes. Sadly my bank has become quite cluttered with runes now. Is there a way to combine say 3 of the same rune to get the next level? Or can I put 4 into the mystic forge and get a new possibly higher teir rune?
This little locker is awesome, multiple pages of items and three areas to store things in.. But is this shared with other people who live in my town? IE: If I make a second character and move them into town, do they get their own locker inventory or do they share mine?
Note: The auction house no longer exists. This question is irrelevant to the current release of the game When I go to the auction house, select pages and recipes -> artisan crafting -> pages of blacksmithing (or any of the pages), and i try to click buyout it wont let me. it says you must purchase at least (coins worth)100 of this item. Why can't i buy any recipes? I haven't really used the auction house much but is it that there isn't enough stock of this item so i can't buy it out?
