Lydia seems to have become invulnerable

  • Lydia seems to have become invulnerable Santiago Palladino

A while ago I used the enable/disable command on Lydia to level her up to my current level, as I wanted to keep using her throughout the game. However, and I'm not sure if it happened after that leveling or after the Thalmor Embassy quest, she seems to have become almost invulnerable. No matter what hits her, her health bar drops almost nothing.

She actually managed to defeat Orchendor on her own, as well as a randomly-encountered dragon, without effort and without any intervention from me.

Is there any way to detect, through console commands, what is something wrong with her, such as excessively high health regen or armor rating? And if so, how can I get her back to normal? I don't complain about having a powerful follower, but having a too powerful one, well, makes the game a bit boring.

    Thanks!

  • Target Lydia in the console, then use getav x where x is an actor value indice like health or CombatHealthRegenMult. Try using resurrect on her, it should reset her stats to what is appropriate.

  • When I reached level 41 (don't know if that had anything to do with it or not), I was thinking of giving Lydia some different armor, and when I went into her inventory list all her steel armor was gone: gauntlets, boots, chest armor, everything! She had all the ebony stuff I had given her, but not the steel. Anyone else have this happen?

  • Okay so I ( think I ) had Lydia following me and I went on a quest and I ( think I ) told her to wait but I never found her again. People have asked this question before but the thing is: - She's not in Dragons Reach, or my house. - I can't find her anywhere - She might be dead. If she was dead, I couldn't care less. The problem is, I try to get people to follow me and they keep saying I already have a follower. Is there like a way to dismiss her without actually being able to talk to her? I really don't know what to do and I want a new follower. Update: okay now I really need help

  • i got the guide book yesterday and i flipped though it looking to see if i could find Asagi to check if she was already in the game and what level she would be if i fight her or if i may have to wait for her as DLC the guide talks about getting her post game as a "detour" as a bill is available after chapter 5 to unlock her stages, however i wanted to avoid too many spoilers by reading the guide... to unlock Asagi's stages or can i get her in my first cycle

  • I just got lydia as a follower and have been doing some quest with her. I decided to give her my orcish armor so she can tank better for me but now i have a problem. Every time i dismiss her she Unequips her armor and is just naked. I tried taking away the orcish armor to see if see reverts back to her steel armor but it doesn't work she is still walking around nude. I have already try the disable, enable, and rest AI commands but it didn't solve the problem.

  • Possible Duplicate: At the end of the first mission on Mars, is it possible to catch the Cerberus agent? In the beginning of the game where you go after the prothean blueprints it is being sabotaged by Dr. Eva, she starts running away and you need to follow her. I started firering on her and I noticed her shield takes damage, but because I have to keep following her her shield recharges. Now the question I'm having is: Is it possible to kill her before she gets in the ship? So that she doesn't nearly kill Ashley?

  • Follower skill set The Gray Fox

My follower Jordis the Sword-Maiden is supposedly fully maxed out in terms of her skills set and has reached level 50, but I've noticed her perks aren't in effect. She's currently equipped with full Daedric Armor and dying almost effortless by upper level enemies such as bandit marauders. I've tried using the Wabbajack numerous times to reset her stats and it's no use. I've also noticed that her equipment is slightly greyed out whenever I try to trade her items and this problem is also not responsive with the use of the Wabbajack either. What other solutions would you recommend?

  • So I have a bugged quest were you get the Falmer writings for Karliah and talked to her at the Frozen Hearth. When she said to meet her at the ragged flagon entrance, I did and she wasn't there. I waited 5 days in-game and she still didn't show up. I made a new account and redid the quest and followed her and she ended up going back to the camp sight were you wake up after being poisoned. I'm on PS3. PLEASE HELP!

  • , getting Smithing to Lv100) it can be done at almost any point of the game. So I can just use that Iron Dagger trick to max out smithing, fight some Dragons quickly to get the required Dragon Bones... defeating the dragon in Whiterun's watch tower without screwing up myself. My main question is - am I doing anything wrong? If no, well, thanks. If yes, what? And then what would be a good time to start...) the enemies will become much harder to handle. To remedy that, I saw another trick on YT - right after the dragon attack in Helgen, after you get a sword, you can just keep attacking Ralof/Hadvar

  • I've looked everywhere, the breezehome and dragonsreach. In the breezehome it says the bed for Lydia is still owned. In an earlier quest Lydia got killed by a powerful mage, which I killed by a sneak attack. I've went back multiple times but she still lays there dead. I now have a follower Jenassa, and it said I don't have anyone. So is she dead completely and won't be coming back. Or is there a way to bring her back?
