As part of the "Prophet" quest:
you are asked to visit Dragon Bridge to ask about a Moth Priest. Several of the NPCs have conversation options where they advise you to "speak to one of the guards".
There are 2 or 3 guards in Dragon Bridge (Stormcloak soldiers in my case) - but one is dead, having died in a battle with members of the Dawnguard. If I walk past this dead guard, away from the town - the "target" marker appears on my display at the top - indicating that the goal is visible - if I move back towards Dragon Bridge and the dead guard, it disappears.
I think the dead guard is the only one able to tell me the info.
Any way I can recycle this? Will the guard get refreshed after a period of time? I can't continue with the quest as no other NPC in the entire place has any info
You need to go just outside Dragon Bridge (Over the actual bridge with the dragon's head on). You will find a dead vampire next to an overturned carriage. Take his note and read.
Here's the scenario: I was doing the 'Bound Until Death' quest for the Dark Brotherhood, and unlike my first playthrough, I actually got attacked by the guards, and got a bounty for killing the bride and the guards. I encountered another guard at the entrance of Solitude, and he demanded I pay my bounty of 1040 gold. Which I did. At this point, instead of going back to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, I fast travelled to Riften to complete a quest, but upon entering the town after my fast travel, I was confronted by a guard that demanded I pay my bounty (9040 gold this time). Mind you, I
After making a prophet on another player's island, can you undo that prophet? Return it to a normal Mudling?
I'm playing as Brazil and I have liquor factories. All its output is sold I get no liquor to build Guards. When I issue a Guard recruitment order it stays decades waiting for liquor. Is there any way to prevent that? The version is 1.3
I've completed the quest where you get blamed for the murders in Markarth - but now since the Dark Brotherhood quest where you need to kill the one informant about the chef I'm screwed because every time I go into Markarth the guards arrest me and I can't pay off my debt. If I tell the guards I want to go to jail he says "you'll never see the sun again, no one escapes sindna mines", and then the dialogue box comes up with all the options again. What should I do; never go to Markarth or just murder all the guards since I'm good at that. My debt now is probably close to 30000 coins by now
bodies were not supposed to disappear? Note: As evidenced by my other question, I have had bugged dragons before. The one in that question ended up appearing as a dead body at another quest location...I've killed a Dragon at both Winterhold and the College of Winterhold several times. In fact, if it is the same dragon as the one at Mount Anthor, I've killed it a couple of times more. It started out as a simple dragon and it is now a blood dragon. I think it might have been getting tougher to reflect my level. I think I've killed it around ten times already. It's skeleton disappears everytime I
In the Department Heads section of the Duty Officers interface, you can choose which Bridge Officer fills which Department Head role. Each career path has two Departments which an associated Bridge Officer may be Head over, and a Bridge Officer may be Head of one, both, or neither. Additionally, any Bridge Officer (regardless of rank or career path) may be selected as First Officer. Does this make any difference at all, or is it purely aesthetic?
I've attempted to start up Minecraft through my magic launcher a number of times over the past few months and whenever I do I get this message in Dev. Console. I have gotten out of the start zone in The Elder Scrolls: Online and have gotten to Stros M'Kai and Betnikh. However the quest "Soul Shriven in Coldharbour" is still in my quest log as not compelted, and has the current objective "Talk to the Prophet". I canot find where this "Prophet" is - selecting the quest shows that the waypoint is always at Gilzir (the NPC you talk to to go from Stros M'Kai to Betnikh and vice versa) which makes me think that the waypoint is not in any of these zones. Was I supposed to complete this quest before I left the starting zone, and it never registered
I have been playing Dawnguard for awhile now and I got up to the mission where you get the dragon Elder Scroll. After I got it I saved, turned off my xbox and went to bed. When I got up next morning my dlc was gone but I still had the scroll... I reinstalled it but now I can't even get the guard to tell me about the Dawnguard or talk to anybody inside the fort. Anybody got any ideas how to fix this problem?
