This question is very similar but it's specific to the PC version: Use Fallout 3 savegames in Fallout 3 GOTY
I have the original Fallout 3 disk for my PS3 and I'd like to get the GOTY version. Will my existing savegames be compatible with the new disk?
I've been playing Fallout 3 on and off for since it came out. I saw that the GOTY edition was on sale for $5 on Steam, so I figured I'd buy it for the DLC and fact I wouldn't need the CD anymore. Now, how do I set it up to use all my mods? Can I just copy my game directory over the Steam one, or do I have to install them one at a time with the Fallout Mod Manager? Can I copy my Steam version into the old Fallout 3 version, so that it isn't in Program Files (Which caused me problems last time)? Is there anything else I should do to it before starting playing? I recall something about the DLC
Is there a way I can unbinarize the .sii files that are used for savegames in Euro Truck Simulator 2? I'd like to do this to edit my savegames. You could do this in previous SCS games because they weren't binarized (as far as I know), but they are now.
I have played the boxed version of Fallout 3 without expansions at the beginning of 2009. Now I have bought the GOTY on Steam and I would like to known if it is possible import my old savegames.
Can you remarry in Skyrim: Hearthfire (specifically the ps3 version)? I killed my wife Camilla, but my kids don't have a mom.
I need some enlightenment here. I owned my PS3 like 2 years ago, but it was broken, I can't turn it on. So I bought a 2nd hand PS3 from a different person. My old PS3 has all the saved data and there is one downloaded game in it. I have searched on the Net on how to transfer saved games and all, but all requires the other PS3 to be still functional and mine doesn't work anymore. I heard placing the hard disk drive on the new PS3 won't work either since they are encrypted and if I want to use it, I have to format it? I need clarification here and I'd love to know if there are any other ways
I got the Day Z mod with my copy of Arma 2 in this week's Humble Bundle and I was wondering; is the modification of Arma 2 version compatible with the standalone release of Day Z? Am I able to play with people who have the standalone release with my Arma 2 modification release?
I've been playing Fallout 3 GOTY edition (via Steam). So far the game has been relatively well-behaved - good performance, and only an occasional crash (like once every 3 hours, which is something I can live with). However, in the recent hour or so it has became worse; in particular, every time I open a container the game freezes for around a second, and crashing becomes much more frequent... in the unique area opened by the quest, and inside the huge crawler. And I think it might have been related. I also have a bunch of stuff in my inventory, but not more than what I've been carrying
and reinstall it along with all updates and DLCs, this did not help. So my question is: Is there any way to repair or fix up the savegames of the PS3 Version using a Linux or Windows PC? (Linux would...We are having issues with crashes in Fallout: New Vegas on the PS3. We tried our savegames on another PS3 and encountered the same problems. Starting a new game on our PlayStation, or loading the savegame of a friend does not have any crashes. My girlfriend's savegame does crash very often, more often in open areas. With my own savegame crashes are not that frequent but they do happen. Since
When Batman Arkham City first came out, I bought it for PS3 and beat the game while finishing a few extra side missions. Since then, I've gotten rid of my PS3 copy and got a steam version. I still have the saved file on my PS3. I wanted to know if I could somehow transfer my game saves from my PS3 to my steam account?
