How do I earn Reaper Energy?
In Darksiders 2, how do I earn reaper energy? I unknowingly sold the Grim Reaper talisman (or I haven't encountered it) I don't have any item that have stats in the form of "Reaper Energy ^"

Boxcars says that, since I'm the Powder Gangers' "Grim [expletive] Reaper," if I give him 15 Med-X, he'll OD and die for me. But my only options (while carrying 43 Med-X's) are 1, 2, 3 and 5. If I give him 5, I don't seem to have an option to give him more. Is there any way to get him to OD? Or if I'm playing pro-NCR (who would kill him anyway), is my only in-character option to shoot him?
This ingredient is mentioned in a scroll: While I don't have a witch flower yet, I would be interested in how to make powdered grim cap. Maybe it is used in other recipes which I have not yet discovered. Adding different amounts of grim cap with/without flasks to the mortar did not give any results.

Once you hit level 6 in Darksiders, you unlock Reaper Form (You know, that thing you've been transforming into in the boss kill cinematics?), which is powered by Reaper Energy. Great! So how do we earn Reaper Energy to recharge the ability? The in-game tooltip mentions that you need to use Reaper Attacks to gain Reaper Energy... and then totally fails to explain what a Reaper attack actually is. So what is Reaper Energy, and how can you acquire it? I've seen a few Wrath skills mention it, and a few weapons have +reaper energy on execute, but I don't have access to those things yet, so I

I can't sell it on the auction house, since it is account bound. How do I get rid of this thing?

I was awarded the Little Battler Experience trophy (awarded for winning 1,000 battles) what feels like at least a few dozen fights ago, but have yet to see the Glim Reaper trophy pop. Since there are typically at least 2+ glims remaining at the end of each battle, I'm wondering if the Jackpot II merit award affects the count: Allows you to collect any glims that remain at the end of a battle automatically. Do you actually have to collect these during the battle? Do the glims that you automatically collect at the end of a fight count or not?
