Ever since the last patch, I've had a problem with the health bars. I had PerbUI mod since like last year, and when the new UI was put in everything but the health bars were changed for me. I eventually forgot I even had the mod. Now in the game the UI looks like it does in these pictures. I have to turn colorblind mode on to make it look somewhat normal. I already tried to repair the install for LoL from the launcher and it didn't do anything as far as I can see. I would be fine playing with colorblind mode on, but I can't see how much health someone has without clicking on them.

If the mod is still active, that is most likely causing the issue. They did a few UI improvements in this last patch which may have caused the mod to go out of date and isn't compatible with this new version.
Waiting for that mod to be updated to support the new UI updates, or disabling the mod seem to be your only options since you mention you tried repairing the client already.
I know the big white blocks are "health" that can regenerate if partially damaged, the RB is for restoring health blocks with herbs, and the bottom red is the ammo indicator, but what are those white bars in the middle? I thought it was stamina, but it doesn't deplete when I run. The only time I've seen it go down is after a cutscene where I'm hurt and require a few seconds for recovery (where those white bars restore). What are they, and how do they affect me? And do the other "dots" in the HUD/UI signify anything, or are they only there for decoration? Sorry for the terrible screenshot
When Shepard's shield collapses, she takes damage to her five health bars. I noticed that while partial damage to a health bar regenerates quickly, the health bars themselves don't regenerate. The health you lost stays lost until the end of the mission. Is there any way to regenerate that health during a mission?
I just resumed the game from where I left off the last time and I noticed that I have 31 out of 29 mana points. How could this happen?
I installed FCOM and QTP3 (in that order, with renaming files). However, some old meshes seem to overlap with the new ones: Extra points on how to move the three food/thirst/sleep bars.
Can someone explain the function of the lets call it "bar radar" on the bottom-right of the interface? It does seem to change when monsters are nearby, but I can not figure out how it works excatly, or what the hight of the sigle bars mean.

I've tried to connect to servers for games like Garry's Mod, Dota 2, CS:GO and none of them have worked I get a error message like this: I've tried port forwarding, virus scanning, disabling firewall, reinstalling ClientRegistry.blob and AppUpdateStats.blob, DMZ mode, allowing steam through firewall, verifying game cache and none of it has worked. The weird thing about it is that only a handful of servers work but not all of them.
I began playing Croc again for the first time since I was a kid, and I suddenly encountered something I spent a long time trying to defeat in my youth. There's a ledge to the left of the heart pit (with jello on the right side) after the first cave in the second world, which looks like it should be reachable through a double jump off the ledge onto the jello. Is this ledge reachable? What lays beyond it?
Is there any way to turn off the annoying outline color on your selected units? I'm enjoying the game so far, but the outline just looks like hell. I would prefer something like this:
