Dwarf Fortress no mouse support

  • Dwarf Fortress no mouse support ioctlvoid

I use Linux Mint 14 (64-bit) and I'm trying to get mouse support in Dwarf Fortress.

    In my init.txt I have:

However I have no mouse functionality in the game itself. I'm not able to click on anything or use the mouse for anything.

What else do I need to do beyond have these arguments in my init.txt to get mouse support in Dwarf Fortress? I have the latest version.

I'm trying to unlock his secret code. The code is 139 and according to the hint button, the symbols follow a base 3 pattern - "One dot, two dots, one line, one line and one dot, and so on", and the missing symbol has to fit that pattern. I have done the following changes to my fallout.ini file: ForegroundMouseAccelBase=0 fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0 fForegroundMouseBase=0 fForegroundMouseMult=0 The only thing I can find that regards the sensitivity is fMouseSensitivity, found in falloutprefs.ini. Changing this seems to make no difference to the menu sensitivity. Anyone know what I need to change?

  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution is not working correctly with my mouse. I have an extra monitor, off to the left. When I play the game, the mouse is not 'grabbed', so if I look to the left, I'll see the mouse pointer come out into my second monitor (the view still changes as the mouse moves around the second screen). If I then click, the game loses focus and minimizes. If I'm hacking, I can't actually click Hack, as there's a weird offset applied to the mouse. If do I click Hack, number 4 is activated. I can't move the cursor right enough to click Hack. I can disconnect the monitor

  • I've been trying to figure out how to get Dwarf Fortress to run in a fullscreen window (also know as a "borderless window") for a little while now. F11 sets the game to actual fullscreen, but that is not what I'm looking for as it closes when I Alt + Tab. My AutoHotKey code to resize the window does not work; it sets the window to be far too small (less than 80x80). Just in case you wanted to see my AutoHotKey code, here it is: ^!g:: WinGetTitle, currentWindow, A IfWinExist %currentWindow% { WinSet, Style, -0xC00000 ; hide title bar WinSet, Style, -0x800000 ; hide thin-line border
