I've searched far and wide, including their help, and their dashboard and their intel map, and found nothing.
Is there a way to make Ingress not send me notifications on resonators of mine that were destroyed etc? I'm afraid that my mail is compromised and I don't want sensitive data there. (Also, it's annoying to get a notification every time something happens).
In the Ingress app, go to Ops, then Device, and the option you want is "Email Notifications". Hit "Toggle" until it reads "off".
Possible Duplicate: What are the differences in ingress portal shield types? I had a portal shield marked as common, which I used. When I hacked some portals I got some more portal shields - this time marked as RARE and VERY_RARE. I placed these 2 portal shields on the same portal. What is the difference between these items? Is it uncommon to get rare items - do they provide greater shielding ability?
On the ingress intel map http://ingress.com/intel I can see how many shields are deployed on both friendly and enemy portals. Is it possible to see how many shields and of which level are deployed to an enemy portal in ingress tactical - ingress app. As far as I know I can only see whether the portal has a shield or not, but I cannot say how power is it, does anyone know a way to say except to consult to intel map.
Recently GTA 5 has been restarting my game at the mission with Trevor where he is finding Michael. Now when I click play game on GTA 5, I get a notification to download game again. How do I do this and will I lose my game progress?
After you make it to level 8 in Ingress, what's next? Other than the regular game play, are there bigger challenges?
I have found the notification log. However, this does not contain a log of attacks and defences. I use quick combat and sometimes I go, whoa, what hit me? In my current case, it was a stealth bomber. Is there a combat log I can sometimes have a look at when I'm confused? As I begin my turn, I see combat text on the screen. It is difficult to read and does not stay long enough. edit: notification log does not show my tank was attacked Here is my tank that was bombarded by a canon. Here is the notification log edit 2: Notification of unit death and cause. Still missing, is what
Actually, I wonder how many points you get on level-up, and is it a constant, or is it more at higher levels. I always forget to notice it when I lvl up! But the real question is, what are other means of getting points? I often get "you've received a squad point" notification when I kill someone, capture an objective etc. But, of course, not every time I do that. What's the principle?
The questions sounds silly, but it begs to be asked. When I blow up a small explosive container, I get a red notification saying: 100 points. I blow up two that are close together with the same shot and get "200." I blow up four and get "400." Is that 100, 200, 400 per container, or total? Does combo actually let you get higher scores?
Ingress activates the vibration on my Nexus 4 (with stock ROM) when the resonators carrousel is turning in the portal upgrade view. How can I stop it?
The new regional scoring grid for Ingress (Regional Scoring - This Changes Everything - DeCode Ingress) is based on an S2 (Hilbert curve) global grid as used in Geometry on the Sphere: Google's S2 Library and an encoding described in request: regional scoring cell borders · Issue #741 · jonatkins/ingress-intel-total-conversion. That allows every point in the world to be mapped to a point along...? Is there a good argument for a well-defined start to the whole curve? On which face? And, for extra credit, to go to the limit, the whole enchilada: what is the sequence of all Ingress portals by Hilbert
