In Pokémon Ash Grey, The story closely follows that of the Anime, including for example, the situation with Spearow in the very first episode, that formed the close bond between Pikachu and Ash.
The game is fairly similar to the other official games, including random encounters in grass. After getting to Viridian City, you can then re-visit Route 1, to train or capture Pokémon. However, all I've managed to run into so far are Spearow, and one Pidgey (which I caught).
Are these the only Pokémon in the area? Or does the game allow all pokemon seen on that route in the Anime to be caught?
Note: In the Anime, there was a Rattatta digging through Ash's bag, as well as a montage of other Pokémon including Mankey whilst Ash was running away from Spearow, and even a Gyarados at one stage when Ash was underwater.
I decided to go ahead and put it to the test. I ran around and battled 100 Pokémon on Route 1, and recorded what they were. Although my sample size was relatively small, I think this gives a good indication of what Pokémon are available.
I found Pidgey, Spearow, Ratatta and Sandshrew. I also found a Mankey.
to parts of Route 8, where Croagunk can be found, becoming frozen during Winter and not allowing the Pokémon to be caught there. All have the level range of 15-55. Unlike previous games, the Pokémon outbreaks can be manipulated by soft resetting the game: turning the console off without saving the game beforehand. When the game is restarted, there will be a different Pokémon swarming." In Black...I was trying to find out when the swarming on a Pokemon outbreak change to another route, but I could only find this information about "soft-reset". But nothing about the time to reset while playing
I've just caught a Pikachu in Santalune Forest, and I couldn't help noticing that it said its name, instead of the electric buzzing of other games.. However every other Pokémon that I have run into so far still uses their standard 'cry'. Has any other Pokémon been given a named cry? If so, what are they?
So I picked this up on the iPad after loving the DOS original. Really had to strain the grey matter to remember some of the basics, but cannot get past this one stumbling block: How do I build a ship? I have spare population, a shipyard, spare orbital slot and the ability to create small ship hulls (researched). I don't have the star lane drive yet but feel local ships should be possible. I feel I have to design a ship first but every time I go to the Ships sub menu on the main game page it just has blank boxes and no help. What did I miss?
Possible Duplicate: Does using Shadow Kill lower your chaos level? In Dishonored the skill shadow kill will turn enemies to ash if you kill them when they are unaware of you (or all kills if you upgrade the skill). The game states multiple times that the more bodies you leave around the more chaotic the city and the darker the ending. Does killing an enemy contribute to the body count/darker enemy if they turn to ash?
My Pokémon White cartridge has Hydreigon as Caught, which means that at one point I had one. It's not there any more, and I kind of need it. I can't find it in any of my PC boxes, or in my current party. It's not at the daycare. I didn't trade it. I only have one other cart and it only has Hydreigon as Seen, not Caught, so it can't be there. I didn't release it. I never release Pokémon. It can't have evolved. Hydreigon is the final evolution of its line. I don't think I traded it to friends or online. I don't think there are any in-game trades that accept Hydreigon, but I could be wrong
Has anyone confirmed the spawn rate for golden bees? I found several threads at various forums, but they all boil down to "just buy one". I know I can buy them, and did in my file. However, my 6 year old son wants to catch one. He just caught his first shiny Pokemon, so he knows what patience means. I'd just like to be able to give him a number if possible. Regarding duplicate status: I don't believe this is a duplicate at all. I asked a specific question not covered by either the question or answer in the linked one. "It appears randomly" is not a spawn rate, and I thought
I caught a Pickachu, and retrieved it form the box at the Pokémon Centre. I returned to Santalune Forest and the next several Pokémon were more often Pikachu. 10 Pikachu to 10 non Pikachu. I thought they were supposed to be rare; they certainly were before I caught one.
Let's specify this question[a] a bit: I'm not interested in how big the continents or whole world are supposed to be, but rather in an approximation (or measurements) how big all the zones[b] combined are on all the continents together. That is, map size in km² / mi² / real world comparison when comparing the zone sizes with the avatars size and how long it takes one to run through. I would appreciate answers that are backed up by some research. Educated guesses are welcome too, but please try to motivate how you arrived at your guesses. :-) Thanks! [a]: Note that I "stole
I was playing as Lich King V and encountered the following enemy Warlocks: Ash-Haar the Wisest Rjakh Miralibus the Hat While Miralibus stayed friendly with me most of the time and issued only one small (100) gold request, Rjakh immediatly declared War by demanding all of my Gold which I was unable to fullfill obviously. Also Ash-Haar was declaring War pretty fast on me and both disliked my by "90" (actualy value in the game) without me killing something from them or entering their Territory. So how is determined if an AI declares War or dislikes you? Is it predetermined by race?
