After a few crashes I ended up with multiple and duplicate savegames for my ironman run. Clicking the delete game button removes the savefile for all identical save, but not the list entry, and I have to restore a backup of that file in order to be able to play that savefile again at all. How to clean up this mess? Manually deleting the respective savefiles also seems to fail since apparently
profile.bin contains some information on the savegames as well, or is Steam's cloud interfering?
One of the following things must have fixed this:
My wife recently picked me up a clean, used original-design PSX (not the PSOne style, if that makes a difference) as another console for my man-cave's "retro-gaming corner". I have been playing FFVII and Gran Turismo on it, using the same memory card for both. The card looks like the genuine Sony article, and came with the console. However, I have been having problems with the FFVII savegames becoming corrupted. I had to start over from halfway through the first disc not long ago because both of the savegames that I had been alternating between had become corrupted. (I now rotate between
"Midnight Leaves" is a puzzle-game which takes part in the IGF 2012. A demo is available on the author's website. I am currently stuck in World 2-4. The aim is to "release" all the yellow leaves... on the four following tiles. The circles launch fireballs after four steps. The red cross cancels any power-up. And there is this new power-up with a crossed-out leaf. It seems I cannot understand... Data.mlgc containing: [Data] World=2 Level=4 This will give you the same savefile as I currently have.
I'm creating my own mod pack (just adding mods I like to one big mod pack to play with friends) and now I have the following mods added: mod list. The problem is, after adding RailCraft mod, when I start the server - everything works fine, server is running (I host server on my local host - the same machine I run client). But, when I start client and try to create new world, connect to server or load early created worlds client just stops responding. When I connect to my server I get player connected, then, after some amount of time, SocketTimeoutException and player disconnected. The main
that for No. 02, I have 1 out of the 2 "cards" available to collect and for No. 03, I've collected all the cards available to collect. How do I know which I have and which I don't? How do I collect...I'm currently attempting to play Touhou: the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. I've figured out that my own Spell Cards are what I use for my bombs, but when I go to Score in the menu, I see that there is an entry for Spell Cards. Clicking on that, there are 64 entries, some of which I've acquired, so I'm assuming this is a collection of some sort. The problem is I don't really know how I collected
(curious rectangular ones as opposed to the standard circular seals usually found on game boxes), I examined them both (top and bottom) closely and they did indeed look clean, that is, there were no indications of a previous seal having been removed and replaced. The discs look clean and in good condition (though the CD sleeves are kind of puffy and odd). However, my concern is with the remaining...-director's cut—F.E.A.R. included a manual and a notice card about multiplayer usage.) What is included in Perseus Mandate and Extraction Point? Is this what they are all like or is my copy missing
, which is not the case if you buy a new one cause the first one crashed, or if you sell the old one to be able to buy the new one). I then wanted to know if there is a somewhat official and up-to-date (maintained) list of games fitting this category so that I can know if I'm concerned or not and if my external HDD backup is enough or not in case my console crashes. I've seen some lists here...On PS3, some savegames are locked, meaning that you cannot backup them and move them to another console. They can only be transfered on a new PS3 system through the online PS+ program facility
I'm experiencing a serious issue with AWE: the game is fun, it works well, then for some reason the game doesn't close cleanly and I lose ALL progress I ever made in the game. When this happened after unlocking the 3rd mission, I didn't mind it too much, but this time I lost the entire first chapter, and my completion of Baghdad Mayhem. I'm not pleased at all, and I don't want to play through those missions again; I'd much rather resume the game from where I left it: the first mission of Tokyo. Is there a way to unlock levels without playing them? Failing that, is there a savefile with all
I recently encountered a crash in Battlefield 4 and decided to take a break. Out of curiosity, I browsed my PS4's storage to see what's stored inside, and noticed that only the Battlefield 4 savegame was described as corrupted. Upon launching the game anew, I had to acknowledge the loss of all of my progress thus far. In an unrelated case, I decided to subscribe to Playstation Plus. I know that my PS4 will automatically upload savegames to the cloud, as long as I am subsribed to PS Plus, but I was wondering if it also does so for corrupted savegames. Obviously, if it does I'll have to make
and the last one I tried corrupted all my savegames. There was nothing I could do. I watched the ending from Youtube. I know there are people who finished in XP without a problem. I want to give... without any problems, I don't know. Entering area with too many items. I reloaded to an older save and entered area with less than 10 items, it didn't work. Using this fix. It corrupted all of my savegames. Thanks a lot Patching game to 1.2 after problem, didn't help too. I hope it doesn't get closed, actually I am so desperate I had to take my chance. I took a quick look at FAQ, nothing
